Name

When you purchase one of our Digital Products, we use the Name you provide only to greet you when we send you an emailed receipt. We have a legitimate interest in collecting this data since it’s required for us to communicate appropriately with you when sending a receipt of your purchase. This also allows us to facilitate you in case you want to request a refund of your purchased order. To opt out, do not purchase the Digital Products. If you have already purchased a Digital Product, and you want your Name deleted immediately, you can request the immediate permanent removal of your personal data by contacting us on our contact page, and please give the email address that you used to purchase a Digital Product, and we will permanently delete your personal data from our server.

Email Address

When you purchase a Digital Product, we collect an email address. We use that email address to deliver the Digital Product. We have a legitimate interest in collecting this email address since it’s required for us to deliver the Digital Product that you order. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose. To opt out, do not purchase the Digital Products. If you have already purchased a Digital Product, and you want your email address deleted immediately, you can request the immediate permanent removal of your email address by contacting us on our contact page, and please give the email address that you used to purchase a Digital Product, and we will permanently delete it from our server.

Payment Information

Miami Landlord Self Help does not store your payment card/wallet information at any time, nor do we have sight of any payment card/wallet details that you enter when paying for our Digital Product.

When you purchase a Digital Product, if you choose to pay for your order using a credit or debit card, or wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, this payment information, and the total amount of payment, is sent directly to our third party payment services processor, Stripe, in accordance with a Data Processing Agreement between Miami Landlord Self Help and Stripe, whose headquarters are at 510 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. We never see or store your card or wallet numbers but we are notified if the transaction succeeds or fails.

If you choose to pay for your order using PayPal, we never access your financial data. We are notified that a transaction has either succeeded or failed. We share with PayPal only the total amount of your payment.

We require Stripe and PayPal to maintain levels of security that are adequate and appropriate to protect your information in accordance with all applicable legislation.

Limitations Upon Rights to Delete Payment Data

Sales records and data (collectively, the “Payment Data”) held by our payment vendors (PayPal, Stripe) are retained by them for a minimum of 7 years, to comply with taxation/auditing laws. Payment Data will be deleted at the end of the provision by which storage of the Payment Data is required or authorized by Applicable Law.

Cookies on Purchase/Checkout Pages

We at Miami Landlord Self Help do not use cookies or web beacons. However, Stripe, our third party payment services processor, may use cookies only on the pages where you can purchase our Digital Products in order to prevent fraud and according to Stripe’s own privacy policy.

When You Leave a Comment on Comment Forms

Email Addresses on Comment Forms

When you submit a comment on our Website’s comment forms (collectively, the “Comment Forms”), we collect the email address that you enter (“Commenter’s Email Address”) and we store it along with your comment.

We collect your Commenter’s Email Address on the Comment Forms only to provide you with email notifications of comment responses (where you’ve specifically requested them). We do not pass this information to third parties, it is solely for notification purpose. Your Commenter’s Email Address is never displayed publicly on our Website. If you want your comments and Commenter’s Email Address deleted from our Website, you can request their permanent removal by contacting us on our contact page, and please give the email address that you used as the “Commenter’s Email Address.”

Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and we never share them with outside parties. The email message, along with the email address, are permanently deleted from our mailbox after twelve months from when we respond, and sometimes sooner.

When You Send Us A Regular Email

When you send us a regular email, we use the return email addresses, from email that we receive, to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and we never share them with outside parties. These email messages along with the email addresses are permanently deleted after twelve months from when we respond, and sometimes sooner.
