Payments
If you pay for your order using a credit or debit card or wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, this payment information is sent directly to our third party payment services processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card or wallet numbers but we are notified if the transaction succeeds or fails.
If you choose to pay for your order using PayPal, we never see your financial data. We are notified that a transaction has either succeeded or failed.
Refunds

We firmly believe in and stand behind our Digital Products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet both of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your Digital Product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid.

Prices for Digital Products may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
Permission To Email
When you purchase Digital Products from Miami Landlord Self Help, you understand that purchased Digital Products will be delivered to you via email, and you are thereby giving Miami Landlord Self Help permission to email you the said Digital Products.
Additional Terms
Miami Landlord Self Help is not responsible for how you, the customer, use the Digital Products.
